Chinese Pork Terrine

This delicious terrine cooks quickly and beautifully in minutes. Serve with Chinese hot prepared mustard, hoisin sauce, or even sriracha. Do not make this at the last minute since it needs at least 3 hours to set fully. Plan accordingly and serve the same day to guests, or keep it for yourself and snack on it for a week.
