Well, I made the powder for sweet treats, but I found myself licking my fingers and thinking of all the things on which it would be good. There are other recipes in the book that use this powder; but this was the first, which came out of the oven for dinner yesterday—good too. The tenderloins come two to a package. One would probably be a slightly skimpy amount for four, but two would be good for six. I served it with the Quinoa with Celery and Mushrooms<
