Hors D’oeuvre When we made this, I liked it so much that I thought it would make a great munch with drinks. It does. It can also be a main course.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup rice vinegar

Method

Combine all the ingredients except the pork and oil in a small saucepan over medium heat and stir until the sugar dissolves, 2 to 3 minutes. Pour the marinade into a medium bowl and allow to cool.
