As good as quinoa is as a healthful nutty grain on its own, there are times when a little gussying up is a welcome idea, especially with milder-tasting main courses such as fish and chicken. A liberal dose of vegetables, a change in liquid, and some herbs do the trick. Choose your stock or stock mixture according to what the quinoa is being served with.
