I devised this sauce for the Salmon Shiitake Kebabs. It is such a beautiful color and the flavor is so delicious that I have now used it on other things. A tablespoon can be mixed into each chopped hard-boiled egg for a salad. It is yummy with any simple fish and even poached chicken. And it works well on pasta.
