Mayo-Ketchup
A favorite Puerto Rican condiment, mayonnaise and ketchup are blended with garlic, lime juice, and a bit of hot sauce to make a delightful pink sauce. It comes together in minutes and pairs well with Tostones and most other fried snacks.
Ingredients

Method
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well with a fork. Taste and adjust the lime juice, salt, and hot sauce as needed. Store in an airtight container and chill before serving.
