Fish pepper soup is made of various spicy ingredients that give it a mouth-watering aroma. Great for curing a beer-induced hangover, it’s also said to give you a calm and warm feeling on a cold day. This soup is always best served hot with wine.
Wash, gut and cut the fish to your preferred portion size. Ensure all the ingredients except the onion and scent leaf are in powder form.
