This dish is a mixture of fish and vegetables endemic to Africa. We use dried catfish, alongside vegetables which are known for their nutritious components that aid bowel flow. Tales say that this recipe was a gift from the African god of nature, Olorun.

Ingredients

  • 500 g fish
  • 1 red pepper
  • 2 fresh tomatoes

Method

Wash, gut and cut the fish into chunks. Wash the pepper and tomatoes, deseed as needed and then blend in a food processor. You should have about 200ml.

Peel and chop the onion. Wash and slice the other vegetables, then set aside.
