You might be thinking that fish and chips is a bit plain... but I am pretty certain that you’ll end up adding this meal to your entertaining repertoire after trying this one!

Ingredients

  • 500 g iki jime grade white fish fillet
  • 4 large potatoes

Method

Debone the fish fillet and then cut into 12 pieces of approximately 40 g each. Place in the fridge on paper towels, covered with plastic wrap, to keep the pieces dry.
