  • 2 oz (50 g) mozzarella cheese, chopped
  • 2 thin slices prosciutto crudo

Method

Pre-heat the oven to gas mark 9, 475°F (240°C).

Sprinkle the cheese on the 1st quarter, cover it with prosciutto and drizzle the oil on top.
