Vernazza Fish Bake

Vernazza is one of the five villages that make up the Cinque Terre, little fishing ports along the Ligurian coast between La Spezia and Genoa. Apart from being incredibly pretty, the villages are famous for producing some of the very best of Liguria’s wines, white and pure, clean-tasting wines that are heady and delightful.
