Ravioli di Rosalba

In the best traditions of Italian cookery, my sister-in-law, Rosalba, makes handmade ravioli in the same way as every good, food-loving cook. However, everyone has their own formula for the filling which varies enormously from fish to meat to vegetables to cheese. This filling includes braised, leftover cabbage. Try it, but please feel free to try any combination of ingredients.
