Pizza Fritta

The one dish of my mother’s I remember most is Pizza Fritta. It was hugely successful in my home and although my mother was constantly frying she was happy to see the pleasure she was giving! If you try this, for a party, make sure your guests can come into the kitchen to keep you company otherwise you’ll be in there alone all night!
