In my restaurant and also in our Carluccio’s shop next door, it has become traditional to have focaccia made by Gennaro. He makes it with the best ingredients and everyone loves it!

This flat bread can be served with many kinds of food, and is irresistible just out of the oven, cut in two like a sandwich with a slice of mortadella in the middle. Different varieties come topped with tomato, onions or herbs.
