The monks at the monastery in Taggia enjoyed this side dish with the Coniglio San Domenico but you can serve it with any stewed or roast meat, as well as fish. It is very simple to prepare and delicious!

Ingredients

  • 750 g ( lb) potatoes, peeled
  • 1 medium-sized onion

Preheat the oven to 220°C/425°F/Gas 7.
