I was brought up in a family where good food is very important - the preparation as well as the eating. So when I was in Italy recently I was glad to see that one of my nephews, Alessandro, has inherited the family’s culinary enthusiasm. I watched him making tiramisù, a popular dessert with various versions in Italy. This is one of the simplest, but the most traditional.
