Ingredients

  • 4 small live lobsters
  • 4 live crabs (750 g-1.5 kg

Method

If you prefer not to remove the claws from a live crab and cut a live lobster in half, then put the crabs and lobsters into rapidly boiling water for 2 minutes to kill them, then cool in cold water. Cut the lobsters in half lengthways with a sharp, heavy knife. To do this, insert the point of the knife through the head and apply pressure on the back of the knife with your hand. Crack the claws
