  • About

A neat chocolate hit to finish with for those who don’t want the full pudding. Most restaurants hand these out with the coffee whether you want them or not, but the Ivy decided that rather than hiding the cost of them in the bill, you should pay only for what you eat and not for what everyone else has. When you make the Amaretto Chocolate Truffles, use good-quality dark chocolate — as a general rule, the more expensive it is, the better the taste.
