  • 150 g Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 3 medium egg yolks
  • 1 tbsp

Method

Mix together all of the ingredients, except the bread, and season to taste. Toast the bread on both sides, spread the cheese mixture on top, about 1 cm thick, and grill until browned.
