This is the classic salted lassi, spiced with cumin. To roast ground cumin, briefly toss it in a dry frying pan over medium-low heat until fragrant.

Prep time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: no cooking needed

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (250 ml) chilled plant milk
  • 1 cup (260 g) vegan yoghurt
  • ½ teaspoon black salt (or regular salt)
  • ½ teaspoon roasted ground cumin

Method

Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
