Chirashizushi is the easiest sushi to prepare at home. For this preparation you do not need a sushi chef’s skill in rolling sushi or squeezing sticky rice in the palm. This dish is simply sushi rice in a bowl, decorated with toppings (chirashi means “to scatter things”).
