Let’s have a change from hamburger! Why not prepare burgers with unagi no kabayaki, grilled and flavored eel? The prepared eel is sold at every Japanese store. Look for it in the freezer or refrigerator case. Chop the eel, mix it with onion and panko breadcrumbs, shape the mixture into burgers, and cook them in a skillet. Very simple, I guarantee.
