Ingredients: Sift 225 g/8 oz/2 cups plain (all-purpose) flour into a mixing bowl and make a well in the centre. Dissolve 15 ml/1 tbsp salt in 150 ml/¼ pint/⅔ cup water, pour into the well and gently fold in to make a firm dough.
