When a recipe calls for marinating meats or poultry in olive oil and garlic, I find this way the easiest and fastest. Also the most flavorful.

Ingredients

  • 10 cloves fresh garlic, unpeeled
  • ½ cup olive oil

Method

Put the garlic and olive oil in a blender and puree until smooth. Put through a sieve and discard the garlic skins left in the sieve.
