Green Goddess Mayonnaise

  • 1 cup green herb mayonnaise (see variation)
  • ¼ cup finely chopped fresh chives
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled, very finely minced
  • 4 salted anchovy fillets, minced
  • ½ cup sour cream

Method

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Check for sufficient salt and pepper, adding a little less than you think it needs. Then let the sauce sit for an hour to allow the flavors to combine and check the seasoning again.
