Ingredients: 4 salted anchovy fillets, minced; ¼ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice; 1 clove garlic, peeled, very finely minced; Freshly ground black pepper; ½ cup extra virgin olive oil; ¼ cup finely chopped fresh chives; 1 cup mixed herbs (see green herb mayonnaise)
