Tishpishti is a Sephardic speciality, a nut-rich cake, drenched in syrup and cut into diamond shapes or small wedges. It is traditionally eaten during Pesach by the Jews of Turkey, Greece and Spain, though the ingredients used tend to vary a little. This version is a super-deluxe one, prepared with walnuts, almonds and a handful of pine nuts.
