These patties are traditionally made with lamb, but here I am giving you a deliciously vegetarian version using quinoa.

Method

  1. To cook the quinoa: Place the quinoa and 3 cups water in a medium saucepan, stir gently and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and cook for 20 minutes Remove from heat and allow to cool.
  2. To make the patties: In a food processor place the cooked quinoa and all t
