Ingredients

  • 1 broiling chicken (about 3½ to 4 lb/1.75 to 1.8 k), cut into 10 pieces, or 4 pounds chicken drumsticks, thighs and breasts)

Method

  1. In a colander, rinse the chicken pieces under cold water and pat dry. Place in a large, non-reactive container or bowl.
  2. Place all the ingredients for the marinade in a food processor and pulse until you have a grainy sauce. Pour it over the chicken and toss well. Cover with a lid or plastic wrap and marinate in the fridge for at least 8 hours or up to 3 days. T
