Method

  1. To make the onion paste: Combine all the ingredients for the paste in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add the ground chicken. Knead with your hands for about 2 minutes. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or up to 24 hours.
  3. Start the barbecue at least 30 minutes before you want to cook, and let it burn until the coals are glow
