Rice with green beans and tomatoes tends to be everyone’s favorite dish, children included. With everything cooked in one pot, this is a quick and easy way to make it. For a non-vegan version, simply add 1 pound ground lamb, chicken, or turkey, sautéed with the onions in step 2.
