  • About

Method

Made with jujubes (dried Chinese dates), this tea is particularly popular in Iran and China. My mother would give it to my sisters and me as a panacea, and first line of defense, the moment we complained of some ailment. And there were plenty of other types of herbal tea (jushundeh), each for a different complaint.
