Lesson 12: Sesame Poppy

This bread reminds me of an everything bagel, which in my humble opinion is the best type of bagel. I don’t think that I had ever actually had a sesame poppy loaf like this before I made one, but it’s an undeniable classic, a go-to bread that will stand the test of time. Bake it up, then use it for toast or as a sandwich bread, or let that sucker get stale and turn it into French toast. Just be sure to tell ’em that Josey Baker sent ya.
