Purée 2 half-pints fresh raspberries, ¼ cup confectioners’ sugar, and 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice in a food processor. If you wish, add the juices from the strained raspberries used in the pudding. Strain the sauce through a fine wire sieve to remove the seeds. Taste and add more sugar or lemon juice as needed.
