Method

Trim the beef and cut into bite-sized pieces. Peel and chop the onion, trim and shred the celery. Put the oil in a frying pan and when hot add the meat and fry to seal on all sides. Transfer the meat to a casserole. Add the onion and celery to the hot pan and cook for about 5 minutes or until onion is soft. Drain the juice from the tin of pineapple chunks and reserve the pineapple. Cut pineappl
