Mark the orange skins in quarters and put the oranges into a bowl. Pour over boiling water to cover and leave to stand for 5 minutes. Meanwhile,
hull the strawberries and slice them into a glass serving bowl. Drain the oranges and peel them in neat quarters, then scrape them clean of white pith with a knife. Cut crossways in thin slices and add to the strawberries.
