  • 3 tablespoons whisky
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon

Method

Blend the whisky, lemon juice and honey together to thin the honey. Add the double cream and whisk until thick and light. Spoon into six individual serving glasses. If you have whisked it really well the mixture should mound softly in each glass. Chill for several hours.
