  • 3 tablespoons cold water


Hull the strawberries. Reserve 4 for decoration and press remaining strawberries through a nylon sieve to make a Purée. Put half the Purée into a medium-sized saucepan and the remainder into a mixing bowl. Put the water into a teacup, sprinkle in the gelatine and leave to soak for 5 minutes.
