Ingredients

  • 6 oz (175 g) unsalted butter
  • 8 oz (225

Method

Cream the butter in a mixing bowl until soft and light. Sift the icing sugar and gradually beat it into the butter, then beat in the brandy and finally beat in a little grated orange rind, if using it. Spoon into a serving dish. Cover with cling film and chill until ready to serve.
