Honey cake

• 7 oz (200 g) self-raising flour
• pinch of salt

Heat the oven to 350°F (180°C) or gas no. 4. Grease a 11×7 inch (27.5×17.5) baking tin and line the base and shorter sides with a strip of greased greaseproof paper long enough to overlap the sides. Sift the flour and salt on to a plate and set asi
