  • 1 lb (450 g) pickling onions
  • 1 small cauliflower

Method

Peel the onions. Cut the cauliflower in florets. Peel and cut the marrow in bite-sized pieces. Chop the cucumber in bite-sized pieces. String the runner beans and cut in 1 inch (2.5 cm) lengths. Put the ve
