  • ¼ level teaspoon gum tragacanth
  • 2 tablespoons triple distilled rosewater
  • 1 small

Method

Gum tragacanth is a powder available from chemists’ and the rosewater is too, although the latter should be easily found in large food stores. You will also need tweezers to hold the flowers or leaves and a darning needle to separate the petals from flower heads. Put the gum tragacanth in a small screw-topped jar and add the rosewater.
