Ingredients

  • 1 lemon
  • 1 orange
  • 1 tablespoon castor sugar

Method

Slice the lemon and orange and put them into a tall jug. Add the sugar and brandy and allow fruit to marinate for about 15 minutes. Add the red wine and chill. Just before serving, stir in the soda water.
