- 4 mackerel fillets
- 350 g (12 oz) new potatoes
- Take your mackerel fillets and if the fine bones haven’t been removed, simply pull them out with tweezers.
- Cook the new potatoes in boiling salted water for approximately 20 minutes until cooked through. Slice and season with salt and pepper, then keep warm to one side.
