  • 16 raw tiger or king prawns
  • peeled melted butter, for brushing
  • coarse sea salt and pepper

Method

  • Using a sharp knife, make a deep incision along the back of the prawns, cutting virtually halfway through the meat to create a natural butterfly shape.
  • Butter a baking tray, then lay the prawns on their sides on top. Brush each with butter and sprinkle with a little sea salt and pepper.
