  • 1 heaped tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 4 pork chops
  • salt and pepper

Method

  • Fry the sesame seeds in a dry pan for 1-2 minutes until toasted and golden brown, then remove from the pan to prevent further cooking.
  • Preheat the grill. Arrange the pork chops on the rack of a grill tray, seasoning with salt and pepper. Mix together well the redcurrant jelly, marmalade and Dijon mustard and spoon half the mixture over the chops. Cook the chops unde
