  • 3 teaspoons caster sugar
  • 3 tablespoons mint leaves, chopped

Method

  • Mix together the caster sugar and 1 tablespoon of boiling water and stir until the sugar has dissolved.
  • Stir in the mint and vinegar and leave to infuse for 30 minutes before serving.
