  • 175 g (6 oz) butter
  • 2-3 tablespoons Dijon

Method

  • Blend all of the ingredients together.
  • Spoon the butter on to a sheet of clingfilm, roll into a cylindrical sausage shape and refrigerate or freeze until needed.
