  • 225 g (8 oz) ready-rolled puff pastry, frozen or fresh
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil<

Method

  • Grease a large baking tray. Place the pastry on the tray before cutting into a rough 30cm (12 inch) disc, discarding the trimmings. Using a fork, prick the pastry disc all over and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

  • Preheat the oven to 230°C/450°F/gas 8.
