Perfect for warm toasts, small tartlet cases or on baked potatoes.

Ingredients

  • 100 g (4 oz) soft goat’s cheese, rindless
  • 2 tablespoons mango chutney

Method

  • Beat together the goat’s cheese, mango chutney and chives. Season with pepper. The spread is now ready to use at room temperature or refrigerated.
